i make and design everything myself, including packing and posting your orders! i'm a one person team!

my processing times for all items is currently 5-7 business days, however i aim to get your order posted before then!

1st class large letter (royal mail) normally takes 1-3 days from shipment but is untracked. i also offer tracked 24 hour shipping for peace of mind. (this does not upgrade my processing time)
international orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, due to this and customs fees i only ship tracked currently.

yes, only if it has been unworn/unused and you contact me within 14 days of arrival. once you pay to ship the item back to me, i will issue you a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item back.

due to multiple factors such as brexit, international customers will face a charge on arrival of VAT/and or customs fees. this is your responsibility to pay and it may result in the item being returned to me if you do not pay.

- please do not store your items infront of a window or in direct sun

- please do not shower or get your items wet

- to clean your items, use a dry cloth or a gentle wipe

- all items are handmade and may be fragile if dropped or bent

all of my items are handmade and may have slight variations. i make every item to the best of my ability and would not ship something of low quality!
colours may vary due to monitor differences and brightness settings.
